About Lucy Phaneuf

Lucy Phaneuf (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She graduated from Lindsey Wilson College where she received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (M.Ed). Prior to receiving her M.Ed, she attended Clemson University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. 

Lucy has extensive experience working in private practice, and specializes in working with children, teens, and adults on an individual, family, or couples basis. Lucy offers a supportive, compassionate, empathetic, and collaborative space to work with her clients. She coordinates with other systems to best help the client, such as collaborating with schools and parents/guardians. Lucy primarily works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and trauma. She uses evidence-based tools to reduce distress, build emotional regulation, and help clients feel more in control of their lives.
